Jon A. DeLuca Mr. DeLuca is President & Chief Executive Officer of FiberNet.  From 1997 to 1999, Mr. DeLuca was a Managing Director of Lago Industries LLC, a private merchant-banking firm.  From 1992 to 1997, he was employed in the leveraged finance groups of Lazard Freres & Co. LLC and Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. Mr. DeLuca has a B.A. from Trinity College.
		Thomas Brown Mr. Brown is the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing.  From 1997 to 1999,  Mr. Brown was the Director of Carrier Sales at DirectNet Telecommunications LLC, a private international carrier.  From 1992 to 1997, Mr. Brown held various managerial positions with both LCI International and AT&T.  Mr. Brown has a B.A. from the University of Massachusettes at Amherst.
		John P. Dowd Mr. Dowd is the Vice President of Business Development. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Dowd was the Director of Business Development for Thalle Incorporated's telecom division and managed the implementation of various networks for organizations including MCI, Metromedia Fiber Network, and Lightspeed FiberNetwork. From 1991 to 1994, Mr. Dowd was employed by Clarke Construction Group. Mr. Dowd holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Villanova University and an M.B.A. from New York University.
		John Ennis Mr. Ennis is the Vice President of Operations and Information Technology. His responsibilities include the installation and maintenance of all network services; customer technical support; and the maintenance and operation of all corporate computing and network resources.  From 1984 to 2000, he held various systems engineering and management positions at AT&T Bell Laboratories and AT&T Network Operations. From 1975 to 1980, he served as a Communications Officer and a Nuclear Reactor Officer in the U.S. Navy. Mr. Ennis has a B.S. from the U.S. Naval Academy and a Ph.D. in Nuclear Physics from Yale University.
		Ernest Hoffmann Mr. Hoffmann is the Senior Vice President of Network Services. The network services team is responsible for construction, installation, engineering, network management and maintenance as well as strategic network planning.  Mr. Hoffmann is responsible for the execution of all aspects of service delivery throughout FiberNet.  He joined FiberNet in 2000.  Prior to that, he spent 12 years at Verizon holding a variety of engineering and construction management positions of increasing scope throughout the boroughs of New York City. Mr. Hoffmann holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University and a M.S. in Telecommunications and Computing Management from Polytechnic University.
		Michael Hubner Mr. Hubner is Senior Vice President and General Counsel. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Hubner was an associate at the law firm of Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo. From 1996 to 2000, he was an associate at the law firm of O'Sullivan Graev & Karabell. Mr. Hubner has a B.A. from Lafayette College and a J.D. from New York University.
		Arthur Valhuerdi Mr. Valhuerdi is the Vice President of Infrastructure. From 1990 to 2000 he held various engineering and construction management positions within Bell Atlantic. Mr. Valhuerdi has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College and an M.S. in Information Systems from Polytechnic University as well as a Master's Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. He is also certified as a Project Management Professional.
		Charles Wiesenhart Jr. Mr. Wiesenhart is our Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. From 2001 until his promotion in 2006, Mr. Wiesenhart was our Controller, and from 2000 to 2001, he served as our Assistant Controller. From 1993 to 2000, Mr. Wiesenhart was employed at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Wiesenhart has a B.B.A. in Accountancy from Baruch College of the City University of New York.
